Could anyone explain me what to do to solve this problem on RobotStudio??

There was a problem when initializing the Virtual controller
Create RobotCtrlInfo failed, hr=80070422
Select Retry to start the system again or Cancel to remove the system

This is the text that appear on the warning pop-up box.
Sory i didn't notice the image doesn't appear on the post...

Hi,

Something seems to be wrong with that Virtual Controller. If the error appear each time you start that controller, you have to create a new system (Virtual Controller).

this virtual controllers had worked many times without problems and from one day to the other they become broken... do i need to create everything again??
I have huge programs there....

If you not have saved your program in some way (as modules or program,or  in a backup or as a Pack and Go) ,which is strongly recommended, I am afraid that your program is gone if you can't start the Virtual Controller.

You can compare a Virtual Controller with a real controller. You always take a safety backup from the real controller, the same should you do with the Virtual Controller.

I just got the programs up and tried to create a new station with new real backup's and everything but keeps giving me the same error over and over again...
The only solution is to reinstall right?

If you can't start any Virtual Controller, I recommend that you do a "repair" of the installation.

I'm not sure if this is a same kind of error I've had, but I have experienced some mysterious error messages with VC which started suddenly. The reason was some automatic update for my firewall, which blocked VC from starting. VC worked fine when the firewall was disabled. As I said, might not be the reason for your error, but worth to check I think...

Please upgrade to latest version (RS5.14.01 SP1) where problems related to these has been fixed.
