Hp-UDP with RRI

Hello,

I'm using RRI to send robot information to my PC.
On my PC a UDP Server is running. This is work.

I read that we can use the protocol Hp-UDP but when i want to try with this protocol to send information, it doesn't work.
I would like to know if someone can explain me the operating principle of Hp-UDP and how i can implement it.
