Cursor not moveable on flexpendant Program editor

I have problems with moving the cursor in some routines. That means, I tap on the touchscreen of the flexpendant in the program editor, but the cursor doesn't move to this line. But the strange thing is, that when I do: PP to Cursor, the ProgramPointer realy moves to that position. It is also possible to move Cursor to PP. Also stange is, that in some other routines it is possible to move the cursor.

Does anybody know this effect?

I tried with warmstart.

I tried with an other flexpendant.

I tried with an other system: 5.13.3 and 4.14.1.

At the moment I can just live with knowing that the blue cursor is just not visible some times, but moving PP to cursor works anyway.
