WebWare Server 4.6 is released! [WebWare Server]

The WebWare 4.6 release includes the following major improvements:
Report Module

The Report Module comes with enhanced functions for managing custom databases. For example it's now possible to create "configuration type" database tables (rewrite on the same record), to tune the definition of columns (types, indexes) and to test if a table exist.
Backup Module

The Backup Module has been enhanced with new functions that allow the customer to add comments why a backup is done. To support MultiMove systems it's also possible to backup the program of each task for IRC5.
Server Module

Compatibility with Microsoft security updates. WebWare now supports the security updates for Windows XP Service Pack 2 and Windows Server 2003 Service Pack 1. To meet this demand fully Windows NT 4.0 is no longer supported.
User interface more configurable. The user interface and its menus is now more configurable to fit in with other web-based tools that our customers are using
New Documentation page. WebWare 4.6 allows users to hook documentation from external directories, for example the IRC5 documentation CD.
Database Archive improved. To ensure that customers can keep their data for a long time without running our of disk space the database archiving functions in WebWare was improved. Users can now define the number of archive to keep and to "shrink" the database after archive.
Performance Tuning. Filtering of log events was improved as well as the ability to control variable-subscription for IRC5.
WebWare Server 4.6 requires a new license.
