i am triying to unpack station and RS shows it:

Unpacking station...
Restoring backup for IRB7600_500kg_2.55m...
Opening station...
Unpack & Work failed
A Support Log will be created. Please report this error using the RobotStudio Support Tool.

How can i solve this problem...help please.
