Failed to Install Robot Studio 5.14

Dear All

        I am going to download system to IRC5 Controller which has Robot Ware version 5.14.
I have successed to install RobotWare 5.14, but I was failed to install Robot Studio version 5.14. There is a warning :
"The installation of Microsoft.NET Framework 4.0 Full appears to have failed. Do you want to continue the installation?"
If I choose "Yes", then the Robot Studio 5.14 will be installed successfully, but the Robot Studio 5.14 (Online) can not download the system to controller.

My question is :
1. My computer spec. is Windows XP SP (Service Pack) 2.
The system requirement that written on RobotWare & RobotStudio DVD is Windows XP SP2,Windows Vista SP1 or Windows 7.
But why I face the failure to install RS 5.14?

2. Can I still use RobotStudio 5.13 (online) to "Download System to Controller" which the system is RW 5.14 ?
