SM Enhancement: Events Panel

Open the "Events Panel" (Right-click on a screen a select "Event Manager"

Then select the event you want to edit and click on define, it is also possible to dubble-click on a event to edit it).

This window can be enhanced to be easier to use.

* Make window resizeble to make it easier to see whole description of the actions.

* Make it possible to dubble-click on the action you want to edit, instead of the tiny button in the end.
