Unable to Open any Stations in 5.14

I recently upgraded computers and versions going from 5.13 old computer, to 5.14 new computer. I installed a new Activation Key for version 5.14 and now I am unable to open any stations or even pack n go's on the 5.14 version. I keep getting errors about unable to communicate with the VC Controller. I have tried opening Sample Pack n Go's but nothing works, same error. I installed both Robot Studio and Robot Ware 5.14 and the older 5.13 version of Robot Ware.
 

Does it have anything to do with the 5.13 version still being installed on the other computer?

 

Does anyone have any suggestions or experianced the similiar problems

    Hi,
    No that has nothing to do with your 5.13 version installed.
    But there was a problem with communication with the VC in RS 5.14.00 that we fixed in RS 5.14.01 SP1. So if you not have installed RS 5.14.01 and SP1 please do that and see if it helps.

    I had the entire suite of Robot Studio software  removed and re-installed to include SP1 and am still having the same error.
     

    I tried sending a Pack n Go to another Robot Studio User and he could open the file. I tried opening a Pack n Go file from him and it still fails.

     

    I am running a Lenovo W520 Laptop

    RobotStudio 5.14.02 is now released and can be downloaded from ABB, I don't know if this issue is fixed but give it a try!
