XS7 I/O Option No 24 V available!!!!!

Hi ,

i'm trying to connect a solenoid valve to the pin 9 and 10 of the XS7 I/O Option (IRC5 Compact Controller), but the multimeter measures a very low voltage at those pins.
The same thing happens with the pin 19 of the XS6 Option!!!

How can i get the 24 V DC to energize the valve????
