Simulation VS real world [ArcWelding PowerPac]

When I make a program off line it is no where close to were it should be. And if I make a program at the machine and run it on the VC it is way off from what I see on the screen. I am running a backup from my real controller in robot studio. How do I get my virtual cell to match my real world cell. My models are good, but the robot seems to be several inches off the path. How do I get both robots to match . Thanks, Leonard
