No unit type in new system

I have created a system from template.
I'ts a IRB6400R_200_2.8
 
After creating the system there is only 2 unit types.
LOCAL_Generic and Virtuel.
 
Where is all the ABB unit types???
 
I have now edited the EIO.cfg and add it from an old backub But why are they not there anymore
