interlink problem

in Robot Controller

my interlink module is 4.5 and robotware is 3HAC6811-1.62. PC: XP.

Now the robot and my pc all in ofiice LAN,after setting(robot and pc) , I can see the files of flashdisk by FTP software,ping the robot IP address is success,but in interlink monitor always display connectting,image(I had delete my firewall in my pc),I don't know why and I am very depress about this  image, could someone tell me where I need pay attention? Thank you very much!

    Hi Alan

    You say that you're using XP. Is it SP1 or SP2?

    WW4.5 is not XP SP2 compatible.
