This error is fairly common for me since I have upgraded to 5.14.
It has always been caused by an instruction dropping it's robtarget. The only solution I have found is to go into the paths and targets and delete the offending instruction, then recreate it. When attempting to select the instruction to delete, RS will ask if you want to quit or continue, keep hitting continue until the instruction is selected and then delete.

Hi,The first thing I recommend you to do is to upgrade to RS 5.14.02.When we continuously corrects reported problems, it is a good chance that this problem is solved in the latest release.Best regards,
