No Restore for real Robot Cell

After creating a new Robot with a real Key-String, Restore is not possible.

CASE1:

Operatin Mode <250mm , no Paraeters are loaded in Virtual Robot Browser.

After entering the Programmers Code in Restore Menue, the TeachPendant shows Error 12033. Error restoring configuration parameters (MMC.cfg) ????

Case2:

Operatin Mode <250mm , all Paraeters are loaded in Virtual Robot Browser.

I can go on the TeachPendant to Restore Menue, select Source directory press Ok and nothing hapens, no Programmers Code, nothing.!!

How the Hell can I create a real existing Robot Cell???

    From what we can see you are doing everything right.Could you please upload your backup and your Key-String so we can test it?! What version of QuickTeach are you using?

    Hello again,

    If you zip your backup and use the button at the very right in the "Post Reply" field you should be able to upload things.
