External Axis Wizard

I can not find the link to download the External Axis Wizard anywhere.  The release notes take me to the community page but I am not able to find it there. 

Any help would be appreciated.

    You will find it under "Knowledge and Content Sharing" - "3D models - Videos - Others" - "Add-In".
