Error 41676 Device access error

I upgrading the system in IRc5 controller version 5.08 to 5.12 but after new system installation while starting the program "Error 41676" device access error came. how to resolve it. Kindly help. I build new system from current backup only tried with old backup but same problem

    If you have the older flex pendant , the one without the usb port, try building the system with version 5.11 .
