HiDid you install any RobotWare to your local hard drive?I have there a RobotWare like:C:Program FilesABB Industrial ITRobotics ITMediapoolRobotWare_5.14.2031If you have that, you should also be able to see a robotware version in the first window when you create a new controller system.Best regardsMarcel0

Hi,It appears from your create system from layout screen shot (in the original post) that the media pool (RobotWare) is not in the default location?Did you try to browse to where the media pool is located?RegardsGraeme0

Hello Jipin,
Please re-install MSXML 4 SP3.
1. First shut down RS.
2. Download and install from here:http://www.microsoft.com/download/en/details.aspx?id=15697
3. Then start RS and try again.
Hopefully this will solve the problem.
