contacting to the robot controllor

I was curious of what was in the CF card,so I pulled it off and check it in my computer.
Then i stick it in.While starting the robot, the flex pendent screen showed  "contacting to the robot controllor" and could not go on.

what was wrong?

Is the data in the CF card destoryed?

How can I fix it?

The robot is IRB2400,and the controllor is ICR5.
