Hi,
The CPU should do, however we generally recommend a dedicated graphics card rather than an integrated. Also the amount of RAM has an impact of the performance. If possible you should use Windows 7 64 bit. See text below taken from the RobotStudio Release Notes:
System Requirements
Software
Microsoft Windows XP Service Pack 3 32-bit edition
Microsoft Windows 7 32-bit edition
Microsoft Windows 7 (recommended) 64-bit edition
Hardware Requirements
CPU 2.0 GHz or faster processor, multiple cores recommended
Memory 3 GB if running Windows 32 bit edition
6 GB if running Windows 64 bit edition.
High-performance DirectX 9 or OpenGL-compatible graphics card with
the corresponding up-to-date drivers installed

I have run on a corei7 using the integrated graphics (intel HD3000) it was acceptable performance for most things, but simulation and motion with lots of additional geometry is very slow (but it did run without any crashes).I'm now using a nvidia nvs4200m graphics card (in notebook) which is a pretty cheap bottom end card and it is an improvement, but absolutely nowhere near the performance of a proper workstation card, my other laptop has Nvidia Quadro 2000m and is 2-3 times the speed in some simulations.0
