If you are referring to the Vel.Oride member that is part of the MotSetData type then yes, it is possible to read and write to a variable of this type.
Please describe the method that you use to do this now so I can be sure we are talking about the same thing.

I want change the speed of tcp during the execution of program, now i use the teachpendant, + - 25% 100%, and i want make the same from webware.0

There is not methods in WebWare SDK to manipulate the speed % like you do on the TeachPendant. What you could do is to modify the speeddata of your motion instructions, but then you probably have to make some modifications to the rapid program so that will fit your needs because I guess you use a lot of different speeds. Also if you do this you need to be aware of that the programpointer executes ahead of the Robot motion in most of the cases.Per Svensson
