Apply changes mistake

Some controllers doesn't apply the changes....

 that return the message "Impossible to verify the program".

No error in the program just no take the changes.

 

I can not explain why, I'm quite sure the problem is not in my pc because I connect to many the controllers without any kind of problems.
For example in someone i  can create the backup, or go online but I can not make changes to online.
No uas restrictions...


Any idea?
