SafeMove IO issue

Hi,

I have an alarm on power up with Input 5 on the safe move board this is a inverse input.

 

My signals from the plc are fine anyone encounter this?

 

i delete this signal from the safemove config and no error on power up

I/O Error on Safety Controller (SC) 1 I/O 5 Type 1
Type 1: Input
Type 2: Output
Consequenses
Probable causes
- Wrong connection to I/O terminals on SC
- Two channel I/O mismatch
Actions
- Check SC cabling.
- Check SC health.
Warm start Robot Controller, after performing recommended actions.
