Media Pool Error in Create new system in RS5.14.03

I am testing an additional option, RW Cutting. I made a system and then modify the options several times. It gave mediapool errors. It is very normal. And later I decided to create a new system instead of modify old system. It is also give mediapool error after add the virtual drive string. It is abnormal.

After that I try many thing, but can't solve this problem. I uninstall and restall the 5.14.02. still not work. So now I can't create any new system ether virtual or real system.

I must demo the new system in wednesday. Who can help me.

Do you have the media pool for the Cutting Robot Ware installed on your computer?

Additional options use there own media pool that has to be installed on the computer where you create the system.
