IRC is not connecting to controller

I have problem with irc5
when turn on cabinet  this message appear in flex pendant.
"connecting to the robot controller" but it can't connect snel afvallen in een week
please help me

    Check the FlexPendant plug is properly connected to the controller.

    Check the TPU ethernet plug on the front of the main controller has a good connection.

     

    If your main computer is revision 14 (look for the label on the computer circuit baord with the part number on it (3HAC041443-003/14) the last 2 digits after the forward slash are the revision) then this may be caused by an issue with the CMOS.

     

    The work round is to remove the CMOS battery (on the main computer circuit board) for 10-20 seconds (to reset the CMOS).

    Note use the wrsit strap provided in the controller cabinet (connect it to the lug on the main computer), and observe good anti static procedures.

     

    When you start up the controller again you will need to reset the time and date.
