Jogging direction for external axis

Hi
I have two external axis: Y-axis and z-axis. I would like to jog them as left/right for y-axis and rotate joystick for z-axis. What have I to define in the MOC.cfg parameter file to get this behavior? How can I change the jogging direction if it is the wrong way (for example change right and left)?
