Painting PowerPac 5.14.03 release information [Painting PowerPac]

Hello All,

Painting PowerPac 5.14.03 is released and available for download from RobotStudio Community page (LINK).

Features:

Create Envelope - Generates an envelope box over the workpiece and enables to create paint strokes over the envelope surface panel. It is useful while creating paint programs on complex shape models.

Mapping table:

This feature provides an editor for different Index and Mapping files used by the system.

Auto PaintStroke ?_" Additional path settings

Auto PaintStroke:

Additional path settings to control the path generated using Stay-On painting.

Dear Sudarshan,

 

I have installed the Painting PowerPac 5.14.03.

But I could open this addin from RS, it has an error message is :"Could not active Painting ()".

I also tried to uninstall then can be re-install later. But it can not be uninstall. It appeared a message like attached picture.

So could you please help me ?

1. Could not activate Painting ()

Painting PP can be activated only when there is an Active Paint system in the RobotStudio station.

2. Not able to uninstall Painting 5.14.03

The error message could be because the Painting PowerPac folder could have been accidentally deleted. It is usually located under ABB Industrial ITRobotics ITPainting PowerPac 5.14.

 

Also I noticed that you do not have the release version of PPP 5.14.03

The release version is 5.14.4757.
