RobotStudio Online Error

Hello,

 

Every time I use RobotStudio online if the connection to the controller drops I get the error that I send in the attached picture.

I'm Using RS 5.14.03 but when I as using the two previous versions the problem as the same.

 

This also happens using windows XP and windows 7 and with different controller RobotWare installed.

 

Any tips about solving this error?

There is a limit on how many clients that can be connected to the controller. The limit is four (the FlexPendant + three external clients such as RobotStudio). How many clients are connected to your controller?

Only one. A online connection in the service port

to recover from the error I usually close the robotstudio (losing all the data) and the connection recovers.

 

This happens with controllers only connected with the FlexPendant and one RS session. I have another person that have the same bug.

I also having same problem/error message time to time.

I am using latest RS and Windows 7 64bits and only one client (me) through service port.

 

Also I got situations where the connections drops (can saw this from FP), but RS online still thinks we are having the connection.

In this situation there is now way to get the connection back, but close and start RS again. This happends very often (several times every day) and I lost the modifications .... So need to 'Apply changes' frequently.

 This is a really annoying error...

 

Many times when this happens during a online program edit I loose all the edit data!!!

 

Without restarting the Robotstudio I got a error every time I try to apply changes "Failed to check program form ......(controller)...."
