FillFromString to modify a RobTarget

How can I use FillFromString to modify a RobTarget's value? My program which is written in C# accesses a RobTarget object from the robot's controller and I whish to modify the coordinates of this target. I am thinking of doing this using FillFromString but I am opened to any suggestions.
