How do I remove a deployed screen

I have deployed a screen to the virtual controllers FlexPenendant...

 

How do I remove this as I now have multiple versions.

    Ok no problem...
    You need to shut down the VC before removing the files from the VC's home directory.

     

    I was attempting this frm the FP explorer, but of course the VC is running and access is denied.
