robot shake when motor off

I have a 7600 robot. Sometime it will shake for many times (about 6 times) when i use fine move to make it move to a positon(in auto mode) and send the "motor off" command from PLC. Is there anybody know why and how to solve it. Do i need to adjust the parameter of motion/brake?
