Forecolor in Groupbox dont work

I tried to change the forecolor in a groupbox but the text is still black.
Backcolor works.
 
I'ts the same in VS2008 FP interface
I'm using 5.14.03

    Hello Klaus,

    Sorry for the delayed response. There seems to be some issue in group box control forecolor. The base support for this property may not be working and needs investigation. We have to live with this for some time. Sorry for that. 

    We will investigate on this and keep you updated on the same. Thanks for the input.
