Teachpendent rebooting/hanging issue

Hi,<?: prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />
While accessing the "Teach pendent explore" that time Teach pendent screen hanging and continuously rebooting. So i try to file transfer thru Robot studio software "FTP connection error" message appear.

Please help us How to fix this issue?
 Its main computer related issue or Memory card issue?Computer details:

CPU: Pentium M at 1300 MHz
Main computer RAM : 252 MB
Mass Storage total space : 228 MB
Mass storage free space : 80 MB.

    Hello Uthaya,
     

    Sounds like FTP is not working or disabled on the controller (used by both RobotStudio and Pendant).

     

    Is UAS being used on the controller?  (possibly disabled access to FTP)

     

    This is not a HW problem, but SoftWare.  If you have access to the service port you could try setting up a command prompt and try to connect with FTP.
