Default speed set

Hi everybody.
I have to ask for help in dealing with this requirement.
After each switch to AUTO mode is necessary to set speed value on Flexpendat on some other value as 100% automaticaly. For example 5%. If I use a program instructions it is works, but the value on the Flexpendant is not corresponding with value which I wrote and according which the robot moves. After the first change the value from FlexPendant the robot moves according this value.
Is there any system parameter or how to deal with this?
Thank you.

Hello,The default action for the controller is to go to 100% when going from Manual-to-Auto.At that point, the FlexPendant also goes to 100% which becomes the upper limit for any further SpeedRefresh. SpeeRefresh is not reflected to the FlexPendant, so while the Pendant may state 100%, the SpeedRefresh would be 5%.One possible way to make this work is in the system parameters, where you turn off the AutoConditionReset in the Controller CFG parameters. When this is off, then the speed is not set up to 100% when going from Manual-to-Auto. Note that other nice features are also turned off, like reseting all tasks, starting background tasks, etc, which would have to be done manually or via system inputs, if possible.Kind Regards,Steve0

Thanks, Steve.
The solution which you were described is known for me, but thanks for your advice.

Thanks, Steve.
BTW if you use AutoConditionReset set on "NO" the problem is the same. The different is just in value which is the same as before to switch to AUTO mode, but not equal to value set by speedrefresh. That's my problem.

Hello J23,Correct, the FlexPendant's speed override is not updated by the SpeedRefresh instruction. Given the FlexPendant's role as setting the upper limit, this is tricky even in the future.Kind Regards,STeve0

Have you tried using Velset and Accset function in your rapid program?
