When the user is a "Restricted User" in Windows 2000 ProgramMaker will crash at startup,
the following error will be displayed :
Formula One OCX. Error Code = 0
This error will occur because restricted user's do not have the proper access
level to perform some of the operations made by ProgramMaker.
The workaround to this problem is to change the users access level to "Standard User" or higher.Best Regards
