ArcWeld PowerPac problem - everything 'locked' [ArcWelding PowerPac]

Hello,

I have a problem that almost everything in my ArcWeld PowerPac is gray, so it can not be used, like this -> image


Where is the problem? I have all the licences, so I really don't know :(
