PLC Connection to IRC5

Hi, I have an IRC5 controller with following IO features
888-1 PROFINET IO m/s
Card type CP1616
Internal Slave Cfg In
Slot 1 : DI 64 byte module
Internal Slave Cfg Out
Slot 2: DO 64 byte module
I connected the PLC in the Ethernet port of my PCI card to check the IO with the PLC.
Do I have to set up IP address or something to be able to talk to PLC? or I need to give some information to the PLC?
I have defined all my Io signals and it works fine in the simulation mode. But all I need to do now is get it connected to real PLC
