RobotStudio event

is it a bug when multiple TCPs used

Hi,

I have a gripper which holds a part which has many holes on it. I created my gripper with many TCPs which are the hole coordinates of the part when it is picked. When creating targets if I change the tool to the new TCP point I see both the previous and new tools at my target. But I just want to see the new tool at my new target.

May this be a bug of the robotstudio?

My program version is 5.14.01

Edit: By the way when I run the simulation it operates well. This bug just complicates the progress of the design.

Thanks in advance.

  • I'm glad that the problem disappeared. We will keep our eyes open and try to look for the problem.

RobotStudio 5.15 has been released and I recommend you to upgrade. It can be downloaded from http://www.abb.com/roboticssoftware.

    You
can use 5.14 in parallel with 5.15 as it is installed side-by-side.
The same license is used. Stations created in 5.15 can be loaded into
5.14 if you follow the guideline in Release Notes / What's New. Of
course, stations from 5.14 and earlier can be loaded into 5.15.
