Hello,

i got some problems here with an IRC5, containing a DSQC667 and a SIMATIC HMI IPC with an SoftPLC and a CP5611 communication module.
When we activate the connection to the DSQC667 and give it the right PROFIBUS adress, the RTX Runtime on the HMI IPC is always terminated after a few minutes.
It apears after a randomly time.
The message we get is just "the cp5611 detects an error and caused the application to be terminated."

If we set the profibus adress to another one, so we have a bus fault on the soft plc, the error doesn't occure.

We are running the bus with 6 Mbps and 64 bytes out and in.
The file to configure we use on the SIEMENS SIMATIC is the hms_1811.gsd.

Any Idea what's going wrong here?

    Solved by changing the adress to 5 instead of 50.
    don't know what's going on there, but if you put the 50 back to the adress, this phenomenon is back ...

    Problem was caused by WinCC flexible, which  automatically detected the profibus connection / profibus participant of the soft plc. looks like it does some communication with the robot profibus modul, which caused some answers of the robot module, which the cp5611 can't handle and crashed. We can't prevent winCC to detect the connection, but u can switch the communication on it off ... by this we told winCC to do nothing with this known connection... since that, the problem is solved.
