Increase Axis Limit

Hello,
I tried to increase the Axis limit of 4th Axis in ABB safe
robot from + - 300 degrees to + - 315 degrees. It worked for the first
time. Then I downloaded the safety controller to the controller and now
the 4th axis does not go beyond its prest limit value, +- 300 degrees.
Anyone have any idea about it. PLease help
