    Hello,

    I guess you are right one start/stop will decrease the risk that you will have a deadlock on the outconveyer. You can still have the problem with one start/stop robot but that depends on your configuration.

    You need ofcourse change your configuration in PickMaster as you described. You also need to get a vision hardware that can handle 3 cameras instead of two.

    You need to post your reply in the PickMaster forum othervise your questions will most probably not be seen and answered in the future. Read the instructions on the PickMaster area for the forum how to register.
