Migration Guide RW 5.06 to RW 5.07

I would like to upgrade from RobotWare 5.06 to 5.07. The release notes state "You can find a detailed description of how to upgrade the controller from RobotWare 5.06 to RobotWare 5.07 in the document 'Migration Guide RW 5.06 to RW 5.07' "

I've searched the CD but don't see this document anywhere. Where can I find a copy of this Migration Guide?
