difference in moving time.

hallo Alle,

currently we have 2 "the same" machines in our plants. in both there is staying a 2400/M2000. I have a huge movement program in the robots: it takes about 3 minutes to end this.

I have next problem: on the first machine, the movements take 10 seconds longer than in the second machine. and I can see this difference also in the simulation on my pc (with robotstudio for S4C+ robots.

I have checked following:

- robotware version is for both robots the same RW2.21

- program is exactly the same.

- frames in a range with difference max 0.5mm (I have even made a test with on both robots the same frame (pdispset)).

- all velsets and accsets are the same

- I have checked the definition of the tcp's (they are the same)

- I have checked definitions of velocity and "zones"..... the are the same.

the only difference is that the one robot is a 2400/10 and the other one is a 2400/16

is it possible that the difference in speed is caused by the fact that we are using this 2 different types of robot? or does somebody has any idea what I can check more?
