gravity conveyor

I need your help, I am trying to realize a gravity conveyor which dispense only one part to pick zone for the robot and can be loaded of several elements...

 

smart component with 2 linear movements and several sensors , 2 queues, source...

I have got a lot of troubles...

Do you have some exemple or idea to realize this kind of conv.  please?

Is it something like the attached Smart Component you are asking for? (except for the "delete action" when the object hits the sensor)

Well I wish to simulate in this conveyor a dispenser that 's why I am trying to use 2 queues with 2 linear movements. This exemple you give me it is with that I start working...

                                  ******|      *|        

                                first queue     second queue

                               6 elements      pick position for the robot.     

Do you have ths kind of conveyor or an exemple who can help me?
