Palletizing Problem?

First of all,sorry for my bad language,english is not my first language.

Can someone take a look of my project?

I want the robot to arrange the boxes in the first pallet area first, only after after that, the robot needs to fill the second box and repeat this process again and again.

can someone help me? how to make this? maybe do a tutorial or change the file and compile it to me.
