World Zones limited
Why are World Zones limited to 10?
I'm trying to use world zones as safety zones to prevent damage to the robot arm and tools, but I already have 6 world zones in use, which doesn't leave enough for the safety zones.
Any other suggestions for limiting two axes only in certain configurations?

(Since this is not related to RobotStudio I will move this topic to the Robotics forum instead).
The limit is a bit arbitrary but the reason behind it is not. Every time the controller needs to go to the MotionPlanner to calculate the next motion it also needs to calculate on the World Zones. If there was unlimited Word Zones then that could potentially effect robot speed and execution.
For better handling of things like that we usually recommend looking into a SafeMove application.
If what you need is really just limiting the freedom of a joint then you could check out this topic:

Hope some of that was useful for you.
