Hello,

I have next problem,

I connect encoder to robot encoder card dsqc 377b - when I turn motor I saw value on c1position - in jog window I activate unit CNV1 - but I dont have any value in this window, I dont know how to calculate parameter count per meter if I dont know position, as I looked on documentation pos_1 and pos_2 is position in jog window (in degres) - CNV1?

counts per meter = ((pos_2 - pos_1)*10000)/distance
