i/o not found in The VC [ArcWelding PowerPac]

Hi im am a newbi at this program.

When i Create a new station and  go into Arcweld I get this message

"ARCWELD POWERPAC SYSTEM i/o NOT  FOUND IN THE VC

"DO YOU WANT TO ADD THESE i/o TO YOUR VC"

but nothing happens when i click YES or NO.
