Hi,

I'm trying to test the Cutting and Plastics Mould in diferent controllers in Robotstudio 515.01.

Why does the Application for this options does not appear in the RobotStudio FlexPendant?

    Hi,

    if you have empty screen like in "RWP.png", try to do the following:

    Open your system (with option "plastics mould" and robotwareplastics key) in robotstudio,

    Open robotstudio again. "Add controller" and choose your already opened system.

    Then Request Write Access. Click "OK" button in virtual flexpendant on your system.

    Choose Authenticate and edit User Accounts. Check the status of option "Application grants". There are 4 lists.

    Choose all options, then warmstart.

    Thanks Ziga, That was very helpful. However its a very odd way of doing it. I have noticed that this happening only on some computers. For example on my PC i have never had this problem with any plastic app system (we have several of them) however on my recent new laptop, all systems dont work. But after following your instructions its all good.
