Hello All,
In one of my project customer has purchase 9 ABB robot with IRC5 controller.
All 9 robots are incorporated with PC Interface option.(Communication protocol- Profinet, Serial, Ethernet)

>Now customer wants there should be one centralized PC will be there in control room which should communicate to all 9 robots and the online status should appear on that PC.
>In the PC all 9 robots should be presented graphically.. so if any fault comes to any of the robot the particular robot should pop-up red and when we click on that it should show the error or the current status.
>And Each robot will be having one job counter so after each shift if I click on each robot it should show the job per shift. or after one shift all robot data should go to that PC.

So friends is there any software by which I can do the graphical design and after that I'll connect all the 9 robots with that.

Note:- they don't want the robot status on Robot Studio Online

For paint robots there is RobView that does what you describe. For general purpose robot there is not out-of-the box solution, and I suppose you need to develop a PC-SDK application for this. It is definitely doable. Moving the topic to Developer Tools.

Can I make my application using RobView because there are not paint robots.

I don't know enough about RobView to say if you can use it for non-paint systems. It is on Freemium nowadays though so you could try it out:

What I do know is that everything that you described can also be done using the PC SDK + Windows Forms.

But it will take some development. If you are not used to Visual Studio app development then it could easily take 1-2 months of coding.

This because none of what you mention is in standard components, instead you'd have to do everything from scratch.
