Cannot write IRC5 controller

I install ABB IRC5 OPC Server on a Windows 2000 pro SP4 machine.

Tags are accessed from an OPC client (Iconics genesis 32) and tags are requested only if the customer open the interface page.

Tags are persistent variables.

System works properly, but every 3-4 days customer can read but not write the tags. Customer can enter the field and write a new data, but after few seconds it has the previous value (obviously read from the robot). Our conclusions:  new data does not reach the robot and on the the next read request we have the old data.

Please not that the OPC server does not put the tag as readonly when the problem appears.

To solve the problem it is necessary to reboot PC.
